1st Day: Passau
Individual arrival in Passau, travel documents in the hotel. Rental bike handover takes place in the bike center.

2nd Day: Passau – Engelhartszell/surroundings, approx. 30 km
On the first day of cycling you start in Passau, cycle through the Upper Danube Valley in the direction of Engelhartszell and taste original liqueurs in the Trappist monastery.

3rd Day: Engelhartszell/surroundings – Aschach/Eferding, approx. 40 km
Today the impressive “Schlögener Schlinge” (Danube loop) awaits you. A small, short hike to the Schlögener Blick reveals a breathtaking view of the Danube valley. Today’s stage destination then takes you to the Danube town of Aschach.

4th Day: Aschach/Eferding – Linz, approx. 30 km
Through the fertile Eferdinger basin with its endless expanses, your final destination is Linz today.

5th Day: Linz – Wallsee/Mitterkirchen, approx. 45 km
The Wallsee is waiting! Drive through the flat Machland to the lake. Tip: stock up on sweets with bargains from the Manner factory shop.

6th Day: Wallsee/Mitterkirchen – Marbach/surroundings, approx. 45 km
Continue along the Danube, through the partly untouched floodplain landscape and the formerly wild Strudengau to Marbach/Persenbeug.

7th Day: Marbach/surroundings – Krems, approx. 50 km
An Austrian highlight waits today: through lovely vineyards, past the magnificent Melk Abbey, the legendary Wachau is waiting! A wine tasting and a break with traditional, regional specialties is a must!

8th Day: Krems – Tulln, approx. 40 km
Today’s stage takes you safely along the Danube Cycle Path to the Roman town of Tulln.

The destination is close: Vienna, the waltz metropolis, awaits you with all the sights that this city has to offer. Explore the capital of Austria.

10th Day: Vienna
Individual departure or extension. Return to Passau, in Season 1+2 by train (transfer of your own bike not included), in season 3 by bus (transfer of your own bikes included) or on request by train (transfer of your own bikes not included).

If you rent a bike for your trip, you are liable for damage and theft. When booking our rental bike disclaimer, we will assume liability for you so that you bear no financial responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the rental bike (with proper use and security). There are exceptions to this disclaimer which are loss of keys, batteries and chargers of e-bikes, as well as damage due to intent or gross negligence.

- Locked and covered parking garage: € 9 per day
- Parking garage with E-connection: € 10 per day plus € 20 charging fee
- Fenced and uncovered parking: € 6 per day
- Parking garage or parking space must be reserved prior your arrival of your cycling tour, payable on the spot
