Limburg Sensationel Bike+Boat
Willems-Route
Limburg – Flanders – Wallonia
Limburg is a real cycling paradise with more than 1800 km long and almost car-free cycle paths with excellent quality, very good signposting and excellent gastronomy. The region is famous for hospitality, castles, countless Vlaai varieties (fruit tarts), Belgian pralines + chocolate, Limburg cheese and around 850 special Belgian beers. The tour starts at Kanne harbor quay near historic Maastricht on the Dutch border, the cultural capital of the old county of Limburg. Always accompanied by the luxurious, floating hotel, there is no need to pack your suitcase. Enjoy the impressive, historical and cultural highlights on land and water. Your captain leaves nothing to be desired and is always at your side.

Ancient stories take place here in front of a fairytale backdrop with sweet blossoms, freshly harvested fruit and endless expanses. The Land of Haspengau casts a spell over you and won’t let you go. We visit the medieval castle ruins of Pietersheim, the pearl of Limburg and formerly the most important castle complex between the Loire and the Rhine.
