1st Day: Passau

Individual arrival in Passau, travel documents in the hotel. Rental bike handover takes place in the bike center.

2nd Day: Passau – Schlögener Schlinge, approx. 50 km

You start with a boat trip to the world famous “Schlögener Schlinge” and can enjoy the view while heading towards to your first biking goal for today.

3rd Day: Schlögener Schlinge – Linz, approx. 45 km

Leave the forest hills behind and cycle through the beautiful region of the Eferdinger Becken to Linz, the capital city of Upper Austria.

4th Day: Linz – Grein/Bad Kreuzen, approx. 60 km

Take the chance and stroll around in Linz, before you move forward to the Strudengau. There is a lot to see along this stage today: Enns – the oldest city of Austria, an untouched riparian meadow land and finally the lovely baroque town of Grein.

5th Day: Grein/Bad Kreuzen – Wachau Valley, approx. 65 km, by boat Melk-Spitz

Until you reach the Wachau Valley, you cycle through the impressive landscape of the Strudengau and Nibelungengau. During a boat trip from Melk to Spitz marvel at the picturesque villages and fortresses admits the wide stretched vineyards.

6th Day: Wachau Valley – Vienna, approx. 45 km, by train Tulln-Vienna

After the vineyards, cycle leisurely through the Tullner Feld to Tulln and enjoy the train ride to Vienna. The world-metropolis Vienna awaits you with lots of famous sights.

7th Day: Vienna

Individual departure or extension. Return to Passau, in Season 1+2 by train (transfer of your own bike not included), in season 3 by bus (transfer of your own bikes included) or on request by train (transfer of your own bikes not included).

Please note, that accommodation requests are always updated daily at the time of booking. The selection is based on availability. Of course, we are happy to accept non-binding customer requests. Tell us your wishes when booking.

– Men’s e-bikes can only be booked from a height of 170 cm
– Children’s e-bikes can only be booked from the age of 9. Suitable for height 130-145 cm
– WOOM 4 children’s bike from 115-130 cm (8-speed, twist shifter)
– Children’s bike 20″: 115-130 cm (3-speed, gear hub)
– Children’s bike 24″: 120-140 cm (18 gears, derailleur gears with freewheel)
– Child seat: for children from 2-7 years up to 22 kg
– Child trailer: for children from 2-7 years up to max. 40 kg

If you rent a bike for your trip, you are liable for damage and theft. When booking our rental bike disclaimer, we will assume liability for you so that you bear no financial responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the rental bike (with proper use and security). There are exceptions to this disclaimer which are loss of keys, batteries and chargers of e-bikes, as well as damage due to intent or gross negligence.

  • In Passau, the car can be parked in a parking garage for the duration of the cycle tour.
  • Locked and covered parking garage: € 11 per day
  • Parking garage with E-connection: € 11 per day plus € 30 charging fee
  • Fenced and uncovered parking: € 7 per day
  • Parking garage or parking space must be reserved prior your arrival of your cycling tour, payable on the spot
